Can we really start small?

We structure one dataset with you, build one model on one KPI, scoped to one line or plant, and hand you a findings report with projected savings and a clear go / no-go. The fee is credited in full toward your first-year license if you continue, so if you continue, the pilot costs you nothing extra.

How is Cogentic billed?

A flat software subscription, priced per site and billed annually: $36,000 per year for Core, typically $90,000 per year for Enterprise. Implementation is a separate, one-time line. No per-prediction metering and no cloud bill, you pay for the software, not for every run.

Question 3

Why is implementation a separate line?

Accepted Answer

Because the subscription should be pure software. Structuring your data and launching the first use case is skilled engineering work, so it's charged once, in the open: $10–15K for Core, $25–50K for Enterprise. It never hides inside the subscription, and as the product automates more of that work, the implementation fee shrinks toward zero.

What counts as a site?

One site is one physical plant or install. You add sites as you roll out to more facilities, and that is the main way pricing grows, not per-seat metering inside a plant.

Can we cancel or change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions renew annually. Expand by adding seats, use cases, or sites as you roll out, or wind down at renewal if your needs change. The pilot credits toward whichever plan you land on, and perpetual licensing is there when you'd rather own it outright.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere you don't control. Cogentic runs entirely on your hardware or inside your network, with no required outbound calls. Your data stays inside boundaries you own, with support for fully offline, air-gapped installs.

What if we need an org-wide or air-gapped deployment?

That's Enterprise: typically $90,000 per year per site, quoted to your scale and environment, plus a one-time implementation where our engineers structure the data estate on your floor. Prefer to own it outright? A perpetual license is $225,000 plus 20% annual maintenance, which suits CapEx and regulated buyers. Fully air-gapped installs, security review included, no per-prediction surprises.
