1. The target
cogentichq.com aims to meet WCAG 2.1 at level AA. We treat that as a floor, not a badge, and we check it on every release rather than once.
2. What is in place
Text contrast is measured against both color themes and meets 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large type. Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard in a logical order with a visible focus ring. Disclosures announce their state. Diagrams carry text alternatives and, on narrow screens, are replaced by readable lists. Motion respects the reduced-motion setting: the scroll-driven explainer becomes static labeled panels and nothing else moves. Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch devices. Automated audits (Lighthouse, axe rules) score 100 on every page in both themes.
3. What we know about
On screens narrower than about 360 pixels the smallest labels inside diagrams fall just under 10 pixels. Two third-party pages we link to, the scheduling service and LinkedIn, are outside our control. There are no PDFs or videos on the Site.
4. Tell us
If anything on the Site is hard to use with your setup, email admin@cogentichq.com with the page and what happened. We reply within one business day and fix what we can in the next release.
